Down n' Derby

Today was Kobe's first Pinewood Derby. I actually believe it was the first Pinewood Derby for everyone in our family and it was quite the event. All the cubs in the stake participate and other than Kobe's wheel falling off mid race (thank goodness they had a pit-stop set up for the racers where we were able to procure a new wheel holder-on thingy) Kobe's car performed great!

Thanks to Grandpa for taking the time to "help" Kobe build his car back in June--between Chicago and Tahiti I knew we would need to get this done early!



I'm not sure how much of the car Kobe did (and how much my Dad did) but that's what the Pinewood Derby is all about, right?
